Old Farm Shed - Georgia Fall Color Art Print
This Georgia fall color art print features an old farm shed that used to stand in the north end of Fulton County. When I worked in the area, every week day I passed this little farm on the corner of where McGinnis Ferry road took a hard turn to go over Georgia 400.
One fall, I passed by this scene for days on my way to work. Each morning I saw the sun washing over that old farm shed with a tree full of blazing fall foliage behind it. I wanted to stop but there was a ton of traffic.
And finally I decided to come by on a quiet weekend morning and capture it. I knew it wouldn't be around a lot longer as the area was building up quickly. And I was right, the last time I was in the area, it was gone which makes this print of a weathered old farm shed so special to me. It's a little relic of the past against a brilliant backdrop of fall skies and colorful leaves.
And it's a piece of the past that's simply no more but lives on in this beautiful fall color print.
