Return Policy
All of the physical products on this site are made to order. They are not sitting in a warehouse somewhere waiting to ship. As such there's not really an option to re-stock items that are returned for re-sale. This is especially true for personalized items.
I'm happy to say that returns have been very rare in my years of offering my work for sale on custom made-to-order products. But I also want you to know I as well as my print partners stand behind the quality of these products.
Returns For Damaged Or Defective Items
If an item you order doesn't live up to your expectations due to a defect in printing or is otherwise damaged in shipping, send a message within 7 days of receiving your order. Arrangements will be made to either replace the item at no additional cost or arrange for its return and full refund depending on your preference.
Returns For Other Reasons
For art prints, canvas prints, metal prints and greeting cards, if you decide the item you've ordered is no longer wanted for any reason, you may return it for a refund equal to the cost of the item. You will be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs. You should contact me within 14 days of receipt to make arrangements and the item should be shipped back within 20 days of receipt. This return policy is in line with the print partner providing these products.
For all other physical products, returns for reasons other than defect are handled on a case-by-case basis. A full refund is not promised but I will absolutely do my best to make sure you are satisfied with what you've ordered from my shop. You are not dealing with a high-volume business but a mom-and-pop operation that depends on the word of mouth of happy customers and I will work with you.
For printable coloring pages and other digital download products, they are non-returnable for obvious reasons. Once you have received your download, I will stand behind the product. If you have any problems with opening or using your files, contact me and I will be happy to make sure you are able to successfully use the product you purchased.
In Summary
You are purchasing from a person, not a giant corporation who doesn't care. I want you to love my work. If you don't, please let me know. If I don't know you have a problem, there is no way for me to make it better.
