The art prints, canvas prints, metal prints and greeting cards you are ordering on this site are fulfilled through a network of trusted partners at Fine Art America/Pixels LLC. I have used their services for a decade and order my own work from them and they have always succeeded in producing brilliant prints! In my years of offering prints through their print on demand service, returns have been incredibly rare. That said, I'm happy to know that they stand behind their work and so do I.
Returns For Damaged Or Defective Prints
If an item you order doesn't live up to your expectations due to a defect in printing or is otherwise damaged in shipping, send me a message within 7 days of receiving your order. Arrangements will be made to either replace the item or arrange for its return depending on your preference.
Returns For Other Reasons
In the event you decide the print you've ordered is not what you wanted for any reason, you may return it for a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs but will be refunded the original cost of the product ordered. You should contact me within 12 days of receipt to make arrangements and the item should be shipped back within 15 days of receipt.
You are purchasing from a person, not a giant corporation who doesn't care. I want you to love my work. If you don't, please let me know. If I don't know you have a problem, there is no way for me to make it better.
