City Hall - London Architecture Greeting Card
This London architecture greeting card features "City Hall" on the south bank of the Thames. This building of this Norman Foster design was completed in 2002. It was built to house the Greater London Authority.
I'm sure I've mentioned it before but one of the things I love about London is that it's a city that despite it's rich history isn't a living history museum. You find buildings of all ages standing within walking distance of one another. City Hall in London is within view of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London - Victorian and Medieval architecture respectively. I was taken with the design of London's City Hall before I saw it in person and hoped to do it some justice in one of my London scenes. I think the image on this card manages to place the emphasis on the modern architecture.
If you love amazing modern architecture in general or London's City Hall in particular, I think this unique greeting card may be the one for you.
