Classic Red Telephone Box - London Calling Throw Pillow Cover
Ships within: 3 to 5 business days
The classic red telephone box artwork printed on this throw pillow cover is titled "London Calling." While the name may not be the most imaginative it is one of my earliest pieces of art and probably the oldest that I still offer. And it's regularly purchased as wall art and on functional decor items like this throw pillow cover. So I'm nostalgic about the name of it because it's been with me since the beginning. The image is a selective color artwork based on a photograph I took along the embankment north of the River Thames. The light was perfect and the result is very graphic.
And of course, what Anglophile doesn't love a brilliant pop of red from a classic British phone booth? It speaks to the soul for me, what about you? It reminds me of every happy trip I've had to London.
What attracted you to the artwork printed on this throw pillow cover? Does it also remind you of happy trips across the pond? I hope you'll share your thoughts and any questions you may have with me.
Note, the same artwork is repeated on both sides of this throw pillow cover. If you would like to select a different image for one side, add custom text such as a message or name, or some other personalization please send a message before placing your order.
Throw Pillow Cover Information
Made to order square throw pillow covers are printed with original art that's not mass-produced. The result is a pretty but functional way to enjoy art in your home. Throw pillow covers are professionally printed and assembled in 100% spun polyester. This fabric is known for retaining its shape, not wrinkling, nor needing to be ironed. But most importantly the fabric reproduces the image closest to the artist's intention. Still it's worth stating that fabric does not produce images with the same result as wall art you may have purchased or seen.
Please take note that this is the pillow cover only - insert is not included but can be purchased locally or use your new pillow cover to refresh an existing throw pillow!
.: 100% Polyester cover

What People Are Saying
I'm a Hill and when I saw this I just had to buy it. I have so many fond memories of spending summer weeks down in Montezuma at Nanny and Paw's store. I was so sad when the flood filled the store with water but it was a testament to the community when so many banded together to help out afterwards. Just know I bought this print to frame and take to Nanny so she can enjoy it as well. Thank you so much for making this ❤️

She Loves It!
My girlfriend just received the print, and she loves it! We both love the vibrant colors, and Forsyth Park, Savannah in general, and Tybee Island are special to us because she lives in NC and I live in FL, so every once in a while we’ll meet in the middle and explore together.
Thank you so much!

How Can I Help?
It's important to me that you know you're dealing with a person rather than some large corporation. I'm Mark Tisdale and I've worked as an artist for over 15 years now. The bulk of that time selling my work on prints and other products has been a full-time job I love. Not only does your purchase keep the lights on in my world, it simply matters to me that you are a happy customer. In the spirt of the golden rule, I want for you what I want for myself when I purchase online. And at the end of the day, I hope you may purchase from me again in the future or refer me to your friends and family.
With that in mind, if there are any questions I can answer before you purchase, please contact me so that I can assist.
And yes, the same person whose art you are considering buying is the one answering emails and tracking your order after it ships. So if your order goes awry or arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, without a doubt I want and need to hear from you.
And as an artist if you like my style but don't see the specific subject you were hoping to find today, please do tell me what it is you're seeking.
