Downtown Birmingham Alabama - A Century Ago - Canvas Print
This vintage Birmingham canvas print features 2nd Avenue North in downtown Birmingham Alabama as it looked a century ago. This is a restored black and white photograph that is a circa 1906 glimpse of the city as it was then. Much has changed but there are still recognizable landmarks like the Frank Nelson Building (then the First National Bank Building).
This vintage Birmingham print complete with streetcars is sure to please the armchair historians and lovers of all things old.

About Canvas Prints
Both glossy and matte finishes are available for your canvas print. Either option you choose is printed on an acid-free poly/cotton blend canvas. While I normally prefer matte finishes, on canvas prints I am partial to the subtle sheen of glossy prints. I feel it adds an extra dimension to my work.
There are three wrap styles to choose from for canvas prints. The mirrored wrap choice mirrors and extends the image to the sides of the canvas wrap (without losing any of the original artwork on the front). Most of the time this is the best choice for your canvas art print. The other two options are a solid black wrap or white wrap. You can see a preview of each option when selecting wrap color.
The artwork you choose is printed onto the premium canvas of your selection and then stretched over a wooden frame of 1.5" x 1.5" stretcher bars. Your canvas print will be delivered to you ready to hang with pre-attached hanging wire, mounting hooks, and nails.
