This Colonial America metal print features a classic Fife and Drum Corps. This scene is based on a photo from my visit to Williamsburg, Virginia, some years ago. Colonial Williamsburg makes a wonderful backdrop for historic scenes like this. From the original buildings to the faithfully reconstructed ones, it truly is like stepping back in time and a great experience for any armchair or actual historians. I fall into the armchair camp. My visit to Williamsburg turned out to be the highlight of my trip to see where my immigrant ancestors landed at Jamestowne.
This Fife and Drum corps artwork is a beautiful mix of colors. From the soft backdrop of the houses and shops to the bright red of their coats. The red really pops doesn't it? And this Colonial America scene gives a feel for life long ago when the USA was still yet-to-be.
What catches your eye in this Colonial Williamsburg scene? Have you visited? Or do you simply love history? Perhaps you are a fan of historical re-enactment? I would love to know what attracts you to this particular image?

What People Are Saying
I'm a Hill and when I saw this I just had to buy it. I have so many fond memories of spending summer weeks down in Montezuma at Nanny and Paw's store. I was so sad when the flood filled the store with water but it was a testament to the community when so many banded together to help out afterwards. Just know I bought this print to frame and take to Nanny so she can enjoy it as well. Thank you so much for making this ❤️

She Loves It!
My girlfriend just received the print, and she loves it! We both love the vibrant colors, and Forsyth Park, Savannah in general, and Tybee Island are special to us because she lives in NC and I live in FL, so every once in a while we’ll meet in the middle and explore together.
Thank you so much!

Metal Prints - Product Information
Metal prints are a contemporary and stylish choice that will arrive at your door ready to hang.
The artwork is printed on a 1/16" thick sheet of aluminum that is then mounted on a 3/4" thick wooden frame. The wooden frame is recessed from the edge of the print giving the appearance of a thin high-gloss metal print that appears to be offset from your wall.
Each metal print is made to your order and printed using archival quality materials that should last a lifetime. Metal prints take 10 to 15 business days to produce and are shipped directly to you in sturdy packaging.
The only decision you will have to make when ordering your metal print is how large you would like it to be.
