Fulton Ferry Landing - Brooklyn Metal Print
Fulton Ferry Landing - Brooklyn Metal Print by Mark Tisdale.
This Brooklyn metal print features the historic Fulton Ferry landing. This location in what is now Dumbo was the site of the first ferry that crossed the East River between the island of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Among the buildings basking in the late afternoon sun is the Fulton Ferry Fireboat House, which was built in 1926. It was in use as a Fireboat house until 1970. It served briefly as a museum but has since more recently housed an ice cream parlor.
The artwork on this Brooklyn metal art is based on a photo from my first trip to NYC and although I didn't know the history of Fulton Ferry then, I was attracted to the beautiful old buildings and what a beautiful location on the water to take in the sunset.
What attracts you to this Brooklyn print? Does it remind you of your own visit to Fulton Ferry or maybe you've lived nearby?

Metal Prints - Product Information
Metal prints are a contemporary and stylish choice that will arrive at your door ready to hang.
The artwork is printed on a 1/16" thick sheet of aluminum that is then mounted on a 3/4" thick wooden frame. The wooden frame is recessed from the edge of the print giving the appearance of a thin high-gloss metal print that appears to be offset from your wall.
Each metal print is made to your order and printed using archival quality materials that should last a lifetime. Metal prints take 10 to 15 business days to produce and are shipped directly to you in sturdy packaging.
The only decision you will have to make when ordering your metal print is how large you would like it to be.
