The cover of this personalized spiral notebook is printed with artwork that shows the Middle Bay Lighthouse near Mobile, Alabama. It's depicted as it looked historically rather than how it looks today. The lantern was removed from the top of the Middle Bay lighthouse some years ago. Lighthouses are often regarded as symbolic in religious or spiritual terms. So this would make an excellent gratitude journal for instance. Or you could keep Sunday school notes in it. Of course in the end, the purpose is unlimited. Use it however works for you and enjoy a piece of functional art in your life each day.

The Middle Bay lighthouse was built in 1885 and deactivated in 1967. Although it no longer has its lantern it's still a part of the landscape of Mobile By where it has stood for more than a century. I chose to work from historical photos as a reference when I was doing this so that I could depict the lighthouse with its original lantern intact.
Before buying your notebook, be sure to choose one or two lines of text to personalize your made to order spiral notebook. The first line is required before placing your order. If no second line is chosen, the first line will be positioned to fill the space.
