This subject of this Georgia landscape art print is an old farm tractor in a field in Macon County near my hometown of Montezuma. This has always been a popular print both with locals and with people who love farming and rustic things in general.
I don't often compete in shows but I have always been proud that this old farm tractor print won the award for best in show in a local competition. It was one of my first inklings that I was connecting with people through my art.
For a lot of people, I think it's the colors in this print that capture their attention. Autumn blue skies, golden grass, and that rust red old farm tractor - what a combination!
