Description

Old Grain Silo - Georgia Landscape Art Print by Mark Tisdale.

This Georgia landscape art print features an old grain silo in late summer. This was based on a landscape scene on a farm in Macon County. There are wildflowers growing along the side of the embankment that separates the farm field from the road. There was something about the contrast of those late summer flowers and the towering grain silo that caught my eye.

This art print depicts an almost prototypical farm scene probably across much of America but definitely in my experience across the southeast. Rolling fields beneath blue skies and silos dotting the landscape.
