Old Motel Sign - Georgia Art Print
This Georgia art print features an old motel sign that I spotted along the road near Cordele years ago. The rich red of the old sign called to me as did the name the "Southern Motel" on that sign. It reminded me a lot of childhood road trips with my family. Those little roadside motels were probably in their last gasp when I was small but the retro signs that most of them had made an impression on me.
In this old motel sign print, the original color of the rust red sign remains but the rest of the background has been given a sepia treatment. That adds even more vintage flavor to this print for me and it has long been a popular print among those that like old signs and especially for those who like a little bit of southern style.
