This Nova Scotia greeting card features the landmark Peggys Cove Lighthouse. Officially the name is Peggys Point Lighthouse but it's name has become associated with the nearby village and cove. Built in 1914 to replace an earlier lighthouse, Peggys Cove lighthouse marks the eastern entrance to St. Margarets Bay. It has become one of the most recognizable lighthouses in the world. There's a decent chance that even if you haven't heard of it by name you will recognize this beautiful Canadian lighthouse.
This subject was suggested to me and it's always a bit of a challenge to tackle a well known landmark considering it's probably been painted and photographed a million ways from Sunday. Is my take unique? I don't know but I think as with all art it become subjective. So I'll ask what brought you here and attracts you to the image on this Peggys Cove lighthouse greeting card? Does it remind you of a stop on the lighthouse trail there? Whether you've been or not I hope you'll share your thoughts on my art.

What People Are Saying
I'm a Hill and when I saw this I just had to buy it. I have so many fond memories of spending summer weeks down in Montezuma at Nanny and Paw's store. I was so sad when the flood filled the store with water but it was a testament to the community when so many banded together to help out afterwards. Just know I bought this print to frame and take to Nanny so she can enjoy it as well. Thank you so much for making this ❤️

She Loves It!
My girlfriend just received the print, and she loves it! We both love the vibrant colors, and Forsyth Park, Savannah in general, and Tybee Island are special to us because she lives in NC and I live in FL, so every once in a while we’ll meet in the middle and explore together.
Thank you so much!
