The subject of this British Christmas art print is a classic red phone box in the snow. The name for this artwork is "Still Night." This artwork is special not just because it features one of my favorite subjects. It was my privilege to donate this image to be used for the BT Benevolent Fund's 2017 Christmas card. So, if you're in the UK or have friends there, it's possible you may have seen this particular phone box art before.
To me this British Christmas art print is simply serene. I love the calm background colors of blue twilight and soft snow. Even seeing the gently falling snow reminds me of the quietness that the world takes on when the snow falls. The pop of red from the phone box brings the scene to life and is a cheerful reminder of the season complete with the wreath on the door.
