This original winter night greeting card features a cute red cabin or cottage at night in a landscape filled with snow. The moonlight is pouring through the silhouettes of trees and there is a pervasive sense of calm. This scenic snowfall was inspired by lots of scenes I've seen over the years of the American Midwest in a deep snow. As someone who doesn't trudge through snow on a daily basis, this is the stuff of magic. But what I love most about this scene is the warm glow from the cabin windows contrasted against the cool blue of the snow-filled landscape. Doesn't the house feel warm and welcoming to you?
The red cabin seen on this card reminds me of a lot of vernacular architecture I've seen over the years. It has that vibe of almost being organic and having grown over the years to fit a family who also grew. But the trim tidy front shows someone cares about and loves that red cabin in the snowy woods.
I hope these scene fills you with the same Zen sense of calm it does for me. I would love to hear what attracts you to this particular winter night greeting card?

How Can I Help?
It's important to me that you know you're dealing with a person rather than some large corporation. I'm Mark Tisdale and I've worked as an artist for over 15 years now. The bulk of that time selling my work on prints and other products has been a full-time job I love. Not only does your purchase keep the lights on in my world, it simply matters to me that you are a happy customer. In the spirt of the golden rule, I want for you what I want for myself when I purchase online. And at the end of the day, I hope you may purchase from me again in the future or refer me to your friends and family.
With that in mind, if there are any questions I can answer before you purchase, please contact me so that I can assist.
And yes, the same person whose art you are considering buying is the one answering emails and tracking your order after it ships. So if your order goes awry or arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, without a doubt I want and need to hear from you.
And as an artist if you like my style but don't see the specific subject you were hoping to find today, please do tell me what it is you're seeking.
