River Corrib - Foggy Galway Metal Print
This foggy Galway metal print features a section of the river just a little beyond the Salmon Weir bridge. Even without the fog it's a beautiful piece of Landscape that feels more secluded than it is, but in the fog, it becomes a mystical other realm, doesn't it? I love fog so I was delighted that part of my time in Galway there was several days of really foggy weather. The city streets and the sights around the city of Galway were magical in the fog. And despite it being cold in damp, I spent hours searching for inspiration. And the trees in this foggy Galway metal print were a great subject. They seem to exist on a border between this world and another. Even not being there there's a sense of the stillness and quiet in this scene isn't there?
This is a print that has been popular not just with people who love Galway but generally with anyone that loves mysterious landscapes. Which camp do you fall into? Perhaps a bit of both? I know for me it's the latter. I loved walking the River Corrib regardless. And of course, I've said many times I feel like I left a little piece of my heart in that beautiful Irish city. But I also adore the fog wherever I may find it.

The artwork is printed on a 1/16" thick sheet of aluminum that is then mounted on a 3/4" thick wooden frame. The wooden frame is recessed from the edge of the print giving the appearance of a thin high-gloss metal print that appears to be offset from your wall.
Each metal print is made to your order and printed using archival quality materials that should last a lifetime. Metal prints take 10 to 15 business days to produce and are shipped directly to you in sturdy packaging.
The only decision you will have to make when ordering your metal print is how large you would like it to be.
