This Rocky Point Mexico greeting card features a Sea of Cortez sunset very much inspired by one I saw on my trip there years ago. This abstract artwork is all about color rather than form and the warmth of it takes me back to standing by the ocean and watching the sun fall into the sea. The water and sky was a mass of orange and blue mixed with pink and gold. It was one of those moments that made you want to live in that little piece of time forever more.
Funny enough it's often that we make unexpected memories. I went to Rocky Point, Mexico (or Puerto Penasco) to see my favorite band play. And I had a great time, but mostly what I remember is my first hand exposure to Mexico, the rich colors, the great people. It brought me back on successive trips and I have never forgotten the color of the Sea of Cortez and hope to see it again one day.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on the sunset artwork on this card. Do you have fond memories of the same place or is it simply the colorful abstract art that attracted you?

How Can I Help?
It's important to me that you know you're dealing with a person rather than some large corporation. I'm Mark Tisdale and I've worked as an artist for over 15 years now. The bulk of that time selling my work on prints and other products has been a full-time job I love. Not only does your purchase keep the lights on in my world, it simply matters to me that you are a happy customer. In the spirt of the golden rule, I want for you what I want for myself when I purchase online. And at the end of the day, I hope you may purchase from me again in the future or refer me to your friends and family.
With that in mind, if there are any questions I can answer before you purchase, please contact me so that I can assist.
And yes, the same person whose art you are considering buying is the one answering emails and tracking your order after it ships. So if your order goes awry or arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, without a doubt I want and need to hear from you.
And as an artist if you like my style but don't see the specific subject you were hoping to find today, please do tell me what it is you're seeking.
