This vintage style metal print features the iconic Statue of Liberty. I have long had a fondness for the vintage color and tone of classic color postcards. This artwork marries my interest in those old postcards with a truly iconic piece of sculpture that has become emblematic of the American dream. If you look at the postmark it's a vintage French postmark which is, of course, a connection to the origins of Lady Liberty who was a gift from France. Her original title is "Liberty Enlightening The World."
