Tower Bridge - London Black And White Art Print
The subject of this London black and white art print is Tower Bridge - although if you are looking for London art, then you probably know that already. This landmark is probably one of the most recognizable bridges in the world. And it's so connected to the identity of London that I have often encountered people referring to it as "London Bridge" which is an entirely different bridge on the Thames River.
Tower Bridge was built in the late 1800's in the Victorian Gothic Revival style. It was inwardly a modern steam driven draw bridge but outwardly the planners wanted it to complement the nearby Tower of London. The result is a truly amazing bridge which is presented here in dramatic black and white.
This art print is a striking choice for decorating your own home or as a gift to that friend who loves London.
