Vintage Motel Sign - Georgia Metal Print
This Georgia metal print features a vintage motel sign from the outskirts of Cordele. There was something about the rich rust red of the sign that caught my attention, and the name "Southern Motel" of course is something special. This print has always reminded me, for some reason, of the stories of Georgia author, Bailey White, for some reason that I can't put into words. Maybe simply for the southern theme.
Whatever the explanation this vintage motel sign art has long been a favorite of mine. It reminds me of childhood road trips throughout the southeast and the little characterful motels that used to dot the landscape. This sign in Crisp County has since vanished. I cannot tell if it was removed or swallowed up by the greenery that threatened to consume it in this Georgia scene from years past.

Metal prints are a contemporary and stylish choice that will arrive at your door ready to hang.
The artwork is printed on a 1/16" thick sheet of aluminum that is then mounted on a 3/4" thick wooden frame. The wooden frame is recessed from the edge of the print giving the appearance of a thin high-gloss metal print that appears to be offset from your wall.
Each metal print is made to your order and printed using archival quality materials that should last a lifetime. Metal prints take 10 to 15 business days to produce and are shipped directly to you in sturdy packaging.
The only decision you will have to make when ordering your metal print is how large you would like it to be.
